1. Service Description
SubAudit provides recurring-payment intelligence, subscription tracking, direct debit visibility, and spend insights.
SubAudit no longer offers Gmail or inbox scanning as a subscription detection feature.
2. Bank Connectivity
- Bank data access is read-only and delivered through regulated connectivity providers.
- You authenticate directly with your bank/provider.
- SubAudit cannot initiate transfers, cancel mandates, or make payments on your behalf.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
Recurring detection is probabilistic and based on available bank signals. Estimates (including trial and next-charge projections) may be incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Review detected items before relying on them for financial decisions.
- Manage cancellations and payment actions directly with providers or your bank.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or other users.
6. Privacy
Your use is subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
SubAudit is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed renewals, undetected charges, or losses from relying on predictions.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as product features evolve. Continued use means you accept updated terms.
