1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SubAudit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Service Description
SubAudit helps you track subscriptions, analyze spending, and view insights. The service may be delivered via web, mobile web, or wrapped mobile apps. Features can change or be discontinued with reasonable notice when possible.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at subaudit.app@gmail.com of suspected unauthorized use.
- Do not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to access other users' data or interfere with system integrity).
4. Linked Inboxes and Permissions
When you link an email account, you grant SubAudit permission to scan receipt-like emails to identify subscriptions. You may unlink accounts at any time from the account page, after which no new scans will run.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- If SubAudit offers paid plans, platform rules apply: purchases made inside mobile apps for digital features must use the respective app store billing. Web purchases use Stripe or other disclosed processors.
- Prices and plan details will be shown before purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- You can cancel store-billed subscriptions through your app store account settings. For web-billed plans, manage from your SubAudit account or contact support.
- Refunds follow the rules of the payment platform used (app store policies or Stripe card network rules).
7. Data and Privacy
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion by using the account deletion option in your profile or contacting support.
8. Disclaimers
SubAudit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, parsed subscription data may contain errors. Use insights for informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubAudit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
